Imobilul a fost construit in 1998 ,si proprietatea are o suprafat de 5300 m patrati. Sint 7 dormitoare .  Piscina  Multa pajiste ,verde ,gradini    Specific caselor din SUA ,scara in forma de spirala .Aici balustrada este facut din fier , lucrat manual.Culoarea galbena a peretilor este caracteristic zonei calde .   Casa este potrivit pentru a gazduii musafiri.livingul ocupa 1000 m patrati.   Bucataria si baia este spatios si cu multa lumina naturala.   Noi sintem obisnuit sa avem case bine inchise .Anotimpul iarna trebuie suportat ,de acesata avem spatii bine cladite in caramizi. In zona meditereneana sint spatii deschise ,aflate in corpul cladirii.peretii din caramida si acoperisul gros ,sau etajul aflat deasupra ofera un loc mai racoros .  Corpul uman nu suporta orice schimbare de temperatura.In zile cu ploi ,se intampla ,sa fie rece si la ei. De aceasta au semineu pentru incalzire,chiar daca este la aer liber.  Proprietatea este evaluat la 7 000 milioane de dolari.
